Prep For Wednesday's Visit to Studio Kitchen with Chef Shola Olunloyo

Now that we have spent Tuesday getting introduced to the basics of Molecular Gastronomy, we'll get a more amazing and in depth look at it tomorrow with Chef Shola Olunloyo. We will be served small plates that are created using unique scientific cooking techniques. 

Note: Consider bringing a snack for the ride downtown; we'll be eating slowly and in small bites. Bring $10 or a small, non-perishable lunch if you are worried you won't be full. We might be able to make a quick stop at Panera or Einstein Bagel before we get back to school depending on timing.
