Mrs. Rheam and I can't wait to start class in less than a month! Here we are in thick of planning, tweaking and updating the 3rd iteration of this course. We will be blogging as a class on this page, posting assignments, and -- most importantly --sharing photos from our delicious adventures in the "kitchen" and in the chemistry lab. Stay tuned!
